Tree Technician - Farmington Hills

Weed Man, the largest franchised lawn care company in North America and the #1 franchise in lawn care, is looking for a Tree Technician to join our growing team. As a tree care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers' properties and providing accurate service quotes in your route, while offering amazing customer service at all times.  

Responsibilities 

• Performing professional tree applications
• Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
• Providing tree and shrub quotes
• Making service recommendations

Skills 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Proven time management

Qualifications 

• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required
